Members from 17th Tynemouth met up with 2nd Tynemouth at Sainsbury’s in Heaton yesterday for a charity bag pack.

We were there to raise money for Childrens Cancer Fund, which is Sainsbury’s chosen charity this month, and also to help raise funds for the groups involved.

Lots of our Beavers, Cubs and Scouts turned up to help. We even met a famous footballer at one of the checkouts!

We’d like to give a huge thanks to everyone who turned up to support this bag pack, and to Sainsbury’s and the Childrens Cancer Fund for the opportunity.

We will update you as soon as we know how much was raised from the day.
